This is the cost if you choose to receive a printed bill through the mail.
No Answer Transfer
$3 per month
- Transfer your unanswered incoming calls to another phone number.
Smart/Phone Care - The Plus Plan
$4 per month
The Smart/Phone Care Plus plan covers your device for defects in parts and workmanship beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period.
This plan covers one phone, smartphone or turbo stick and allows for up to two out-of-warranty replacements.
Replacement fees apply. Conditions apply.
Smart/Phone Care plans do not cover SIM cards or accessories such as batteries and chargers.
Smart/Phone Care - The Premium Plan
$7 per month
The Smart/Phone Care Premium plan covers your device for:
- Defects in parts and workmanship beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period
- Accidental damage (including liquid damage)
- Power surge
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear and tear
This plan covers one phone or smartphone and allows for up to two replacements.

4-1-1 Directory Assistance
$2.49 per call
- Once the requested information has been found, the service will automatically dial the number to complete the call.
Airtime and long distance charges are extra.
As a courtesy, a text
message containing the requested information will be sent to your
mobile phone.Note: Rates may vary in Atlantic Canada.
