Missed calls

I love my 7130e - excepet for one very frustrating and persistent problem - I miss a high percentage of my calls (25% +). I can't seem to isolate the issue. I have called my cell from a landline and have had the call immediately forwarded to my voice mail. I try again and it goes through. If any insight to this please pass on !

I have been using my BlackBerry 7130e for 3 months now. It has given me no trouble at all. If it is being used a lot the battery runs out quickly. My main criticism is that there is no Mac software. Other than that it's a great piece of electronics.
