Returned-Static clicking when using speakerphone

I used this phone for a few hours and found it okay for surfing the net and easy enough to use but sound quality wasn't good. I can hear well enough but the other party told me there is an echo and poor sound.
The other problem is all calls were showing up as caller unknown when I have call display.
I will go with the trusted Iphone 4S even though I thought the Nokia would be worth a try with a cheap $254 buyout option instead of being locked in for three years with the iphone.
My trial cost me $35+ HST as I couldn't get the activation charge back.
