I wish I could give this phone ZERO stars. Complete piece of crap. Within 2 months of purchase (no physical damage or dropping) the phone began freezing, and the power/lock button no longer works (known issue among Pre's). The bell technician told me that he had sent in 11 Pre's for repair of the power button under the 1-year warranty, and all came back saying they would not fix it under warranty. ON TOP OF THIS, they charged each customer 40 dollars for the cost of having Palm examine the phone!! My phone vibrates randomly and freezes constantly (causing me to have to restart the phone). Had there not been so many problems, I actually love the design, layout, and functionality of the phone.
Problem summary: - Freezes
- Keyboard stops working randomly
- Power buttons known to randomly fail
- WORST customer service ever it makes Bell customer service look impeccable)
- Generally an UNRELIABLE phone
