this phone sucks and the customer service down at the bell mobility store sucks!! they dont care about their customers and they dont know anything about anything! they always assume that if theres a malfunction with the phone that the customer did something to it!! anyway msn is frozen and i cant get it to work i never dropped it and i never got it wet. its a new phone!! they expect me to send it away and pay for it to get fixed!! grr

at first when i got this phone i thought is was an amazing thing to use the qwerty keyboard was great screen everything the texts...etc and the thing is the cons were that whenever i texted the keys would skeak and pissed me off and also i dont like how the phone takes forever to send a msg or same msg comes back to you and u have to resend it again but overall this phone is amazing and its a wannabe blackberry

I like this phone alot, got it a few months ago. Got it because of the keyboard, as I do alot of texting and the smartphone features. It was a great price, very affordable. I call it the poor mans Blackberry, as it has many of the same features as the Blackberry but is much cheaper and it even looks very similar to the Blackberry Curve. When I first go it, my brother in-law thought it WAS a Blackberry. For the price, I think it's the best phone on the market. It has everything I need/want for a mobile device/phone. My only complaint was that it didn't come with a memory card, (at least mine didn't) but that's no big deal. I would recommend this phone to the budget consciene consumer.

I love the phone but it has its up and downs like when your typing on it it tends to replace letters with the symbles but no big deal. the phone cant do 2 things at once like it your on the web and you send a text it takes it a minite to send... the good things bout the phone is fast i love the mp3 player the phone is loud so its easy to hear unlikde LG phones.. the phones has lots of memory on it... its easy to figer out how to us the phone and its a great price
