Visual Voicemail Plus
$9 per month
Visual Voicemail Plus is available for select BlackBerry, Android devices and any mobile phone that supports Picture and Video (MMS) messaging.With Visual Voicemail Plus, you can listen to and read messages without dialling into your voice messaging service.
Users with a supported Android and BlackBerry device can manage their voicemail messages through an application¹. Other mobile phones will receive voicemail messages via Picture/Video (MMS) messages.
Visual Voicemal Plus includes access to Enhanced Voice Messaging and gives you much more.
¹ By subscribing, user accepts message being processed outside Canada. Users with supported BlackBerry and Android devices are required to download an application. There is no cost for the application. However, for users with an Android device, data will be incurred for the download of the application (data will not be incurred for BlackBerry users downloading from the Fido Mobile Internet Portal).
Call Forwarding

Enjoy the freedom of redirecting incoming calls to another number if you're outside your coverage area or just too busy to answer.- Includes 2,500 minutes (10¢ per additional minute)
WhoCalled™
$3 per month
WhoCalled is a service that sends you a text message with a list of phone numbers that have attempted to call you when your Fido was turned off.- WhoCalled will inform you of up to 50 calls stored in the past five days.
- If you receive multiple calls from the same number, WhoCalled will send one text message but will indicate the total number of attempts.
- Sender will show as +8888
50 minutes outside the CityFido zone
