On Sunday 28 October, I went into the SOURCE Store in Boonie Doone Mall in Edmonton to purchase a Smartphone. The Sales girl - Jessica R. said that if I traded in my old phone which I had also purchased at a different SOURCE outlet and bought another, I'd get a credit of at least $75. for it. At the end of the sale it turned out this was not true, I got nothing for it. She also told me that if I went with a different Phone Service Provider, that they would cancel that policy for me. This also did not come to pass, she said it would have if I had kept the same phone # but she didn't say so until the end of the sale. Most importantly, 3 times during the sale I made sure with her that a User's Guide Manual was included with the phone, explaining that I work 21 days out of town, had no idea how to operate the phone, had time away from any internet service to study and learn from it and needed it to even answer a phone call, much less get on the internet. I left the next day for work and in opening the package - there was no Users Guide in it. On 31 October (2012) a friend suggested I call the store and have them send me one. I called the store and the Manager Lambert answered. He remembered me from Sunday. I explained what happened. He although polite, gave me no solution to my problem - stating that the salesperson is relatively new and that the phone does not come with a Users Manual Booklet. I asked him what could be done about it and he said if I was not happy about it I could return the phone. This, despite the fact that I wouldn't be back in Edmonton for close to 3 weeks.
Not professional and and poor customer service.

I bought HTC android phone source store at jackson square. They are awesome. Very patience to show me how it works and tells me which brand is suitable for me than me spend expensive phone which I dont use all items..
THanks guys i will come back again to get other phone from them.
