Fido Sony Xperia U Now Available

Another Xperia device is now available in Canada with Fido's release of the Android-powered Sony Xperia U. The device will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but is upgradeable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and is packed with features including a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 5.0 MP autofocus camera with 3D Sweep Panorama, HD 720p video recording, Reality display with Mobile BRAVIA® Engine, GPS, and Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality. The only drawback for some may be the lack of expandable memory, but 4 GB of user-accessible memory will still provide lots of room for your apps. Available now from $0 with select 3-year Fido agreements.
